Prior to business school, I worked with a friend as he was launching his health and wellness startup in the U.S. The app was called Baby Bundle. While in business school, I worked at a venture fund, which invested in early stage ecommerce and SaaS startups.
Why did you come to Wharton?
When I was looking at business schools, the most important factors were a highly quantitative program and an emphasis on entrepreneurship. Wharton was the perfect fit. Being in New York prior to business school, I was fascinated by Flatiron Health, CommonBond and Warby Parker—all founders from Wharton/Penn. After visiting the campus and learning about Wharton’s growing emphasis on entrepreneurship, I knew this is the place I was going to spend my next two years.
